The team at Hugo’s Greengrocer was surrounded by the best ingredients but our rumbling stomachs were unsatisfied.
When the neighbouring shop at 71 North Street came up for rent we knew exactly what we needed to do.
We took the humble sarnie, added top drawer ingredients, a big pinch of cheffing and ever since we have upgraded the lunchbreaks of hundreds of Bristolians every day.
